Firrre Users: If you spot or find someone abusing the service, be a good soul and report it to an administrator — via Private Message (PM) or via E-mail: admin [AT] firrre [DOT] com

IRC Network Officials (Netadmin, Sysadmin, IRCops etc): If you spoted a user making a ruckus on your network (ban evading, spamming, scamming etc) or simply not complying to the IRC Network rules and regulations. Send an E-mail to us via the following address: admin [AT] firrre [DOT] com

Also include the following details:

• The whole "/whois" details of the given user — Most importantly the ident and virtual host/IP address
• the chat log
• If possible, various nickname's the given user were using

Not forgetting important details about yourself:

• Which IRC Network are you representing?
• What's your position on that IRC Network?
• Your Name / Nickname on that network?

Make sure you are submitting the E-mail through your official IRC organization E-mail address. — name@networkIRC.ltd

Messages coming from free E-mail providers such as: Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Google Mail, AOL Mail etc will not be entertained and dropped into a cesspool.

• We do not oversell or squeeze users on a server that utilizes approximately 70% of server resources
• As for Virtual Servers, we go for providers that are reliable, with good reputation and permits the use of non-private Internet Relay Chat usage (compiles with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP))
• All implemented rules are not just applied to our users, but rather, it also applies to all staff members. Nobody gets special treatment, fair-and-square
• We do accept Server donations given directly by hosting companies. — The server should support IPv6 and rDNS with nothing lower then 512MB RAM, 500GB/m xfer and 100Mbps to 10 Gbps Port Speed
• We do not accept server donations by a given contributor or member
• We will not accept cash, bitcoin donations for any cause — However, we encourage to 'Pay It Forward'
• There is a set quota — only x10 sign up approvals per day
• It would take utmost of 42 Hours for an administrator to approve and create an account

IRC Channel

• We allow our users to have conversations about other (free/premium) BNC or Shell providers. — We will not put a duck-tape on their mouth or abuse the kick/ban command.
• Channel OP (administrators) should not be OP'ed when away nor online; unless the need arises (banning spam/flood bots or change of /topic).

• Username — Your 1st choice of Username.
• Alt. Username — Alternative Username. If your 1st choice of Username is taken, we will then select the "Alt. Username" that you inserted. — If both Usernames are taken, an Administrator will contact you via the IRC Channel or E-mail. Hence, keep a lookout.
• IRC Nickname — Insert your registered nickname that you will be using on the IRC bouncer. Nickname should be registered for more then 2 weeks (14 days).
• E-mail Address — Insert your active E-mail address. We might contact you if there is an urgent need. Kindly note: We do not sell nor reveal your E-mail address to spammers, scammers, internet marketers etc. Also, we will not auto-subscribe you to our newsletter or anything out-of-this-world.
• Suggest vHost — Basically, we ran empty of ideas and inspiration in regards to setting Virtual Hosts for our IPv6 addresses. Hence, we want you to join us help figure out the best vhost that you can think of. Be creative and think out-of-the-box.
• Projects — Any projects that you are representing? An active devel of an Open Source project?
• GitHub Account — Your GitHub.com account username only. Authentication is not necessary.
• Twitter Account — Your official Twitter.com username. Authentication is not necessary.
